Yes I just opened a support case with Ex Libris for a typo. Because I can't fix it. And I guess that's what we're paying them for right?

Kills me that if a typo like that popped up in Evergreen, I could have it fixed in five minutes. Will be enlightening to see what happens with this proprietary product.

@dbs enjoy waiting 12 months before they close it claiming the typo never existed.
